Blueberry Mango Smoothie

This delicious smoothie is full of delicious and potent anti-inflammatory ingredients like turmeric, ginger, blueberry and more.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non)
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp hempseed
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve right away or store in the fridge for upto 24 hours.
