Citrus Pico De Gallo Black Bean Salad

  • 1 can rinsed organic black beans
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/4 cup onion (white, green or red) diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro diced
  • 1/2 jalapeno finely diced
  • 1 tbsp avocado or olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste


  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well to evenly coat.

  2. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
