Hi, I'm Megan!
Hey friend! Welcome to Minding My Soul. In this space, and as a health coach, I strive to inspire you to live with intention for your health, happiness and our environment! I believe in simple wellness, sustainability and seeking daily joy. In addition to being a health coach, I am a blogger, barre instructor, freelance photographer, and am working towards certifications in herbalism and meditation.
I live in cozy (read: snowy) upstate New York with my sweet, supportive husband and our fluffy cat, Maddie. I spent 5 years living in NYC post college, and it’s been in my time since moving back to upstate that I’ve really had the space and energy to discover what makes me really feel alive. I owe so much to my husband, Corey, for really pushing me to tune into my creative self and helping me see the importance of doing things that bring me joy.
I love tacos, coffee, craft beer, music, crafting, DIY-ing, reading, blogging, being outdoors and so so much more.
